Every time a Heart-Tee is purchased, $5 of that purchase will go to a reputable charity that supports that shirt's cause. And even though $5 may not seem like much, those $5 bills add up. So your donation joins with others to become $500 or $5000 or more! And some of these organizations are smaller charities or ones that do not receive or accept government funding so these donations are even more important to them. Meet My Friend, Patty
She's another reason I started Heart-Tee. Her home was damaged by Hurricane Ian two years ago, just as mine was. Then two years later (NOW), she also suffered flood damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton just two weeks apart! I know how devastating it is to have hurricane damage. And though she is my friend and we're in the same community, even I can't imagine the depth of pain that Patty feels at this point. But I DO know how much it helps to know that others care. And wearing this shirt shows that YOU care. You care enough to do something. You care enough to buy the shirt and make a donation to help Patty and others like her. And that's how I make a difference - by helping you make a difference!
What Makes Our Shirts So Awesome?
Aside from the wonderful causes that they support, our Heart-Tees are super comfy and soft! They are made by a company in the US and are designed and sold by a female-owned small business. A female who cares and is willing to put her money where her heart is.
That's me, Jodie Bean, and that's why I started Heart-Tee. I could make and sell shirts all day without sharing the profits but I wanted to make a difference. So I decided to make and sell shirts that do good! That's why $5 from each sale goes to a good cause. That's a full 25%. NOT 25% of the profits. 25% of the price supports your cause!
